1. Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before any work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the completed project.
All payments must be made within 2 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur a 5% fee every 14 days until payment is received in full.
All prices are quoted in GREAT BRITISH POUNDS, and payments can be made via [Bank Transfer / PayPal ].
2. Revisions & Edits
A project includes [0] rounds of revisions. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed amount will be billed at [£45 - HOURLY RATE].
Revision requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may be subject to additional charges.
3. Scope of Work
ThE invoice covers only the work detailed in the agreed project brief. Any changes or additions outside of that scope will be treated as a new project or billed separately.
A detailed project outline can be found in the accompanying proposal or contract.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Ownership of all final deliverables transfers to the client once full payment has been received.
The designer retains the right to display completed work in their portfolio, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Editable source files (such as PSD or AI files) are not included unless specifically stated or purchased separately.
5. Cancellation Policy
If the project is cancelled after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
If the project is cancelled after substantial progress has been made, the client is responsible for payment covering the work completed up to that point. THIS WILL TypICALly BE COveRED in HOuRLy rATE.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and feedback promptly.
Delays in providing required assets or approvals may affect the project timeline and could result in additional charges.
7. Turnaround & Delivery
All delivery dates are estimates provided in good faith and may change depending on feedback, revisions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Final files will be delivered in the agreed formats once payment has been received in full.
8. Liability
The designer cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from the use of the delivered work after final approval.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all materials comply with copyright, trademark, and other relevant laws.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all project-related information as confidential, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Great Britain, and any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
